It is not a tour, it's a driver who takes you to the garden and to the mud pools, and you may have to share the car with someone else (who could be based somewhere far away). We were first in the car with a 9am pick up and ended up having to wait 1h while the driver drove to the airport to pick up the other guests. So we didn't get going to the gardens until 10. We did not receive massages but saw the rooms they are provided in as we walked from one pool to another and they left a lot to be desired.”
